Removal from Service:
NexaSpy can alter/modify this Agreement at any moment without notifying you.

The NexaSpy reserves the right to terminate its services if it finds that; the user violates any of the clauses in this Agreement.

If NexaSpy launches a defence against any such legal claims or expenses, the user agrees to provide full support for NexaSpy in its defence.
Rights of The NexaSpy Service:
All intellectual property rights—including trademarks, designs, codes, and copyright, are owned by NexaSpy services and its related companies. Therefore, the end-user is only permitted to use the NexaSpy services covered by the acquired licensing Agreement, and the end-user must abide by the Agreement’s use restrictions.
Modifications and Updates of the Services:
We may change the terms of service or other rules governing your use of the NexaSpy’s software application from time to time. We shall update these terms on the NexaSpy’s website if we make a change.
